Life with wellbeing coaching
Life with wellbeing coaching enables you to reflect on the aspects of your life and wellbeing that you want to change. During your free discovery conversation with me we will start to touch on what is troubling you and explore what has led you to contact me. Then, in an extended first session we will consider a number of aspects of your life and wellbeing, unpicking these and assessing how I can help you to focus throughout our coaching relationship on the issues you wish to concentrate on. Finding a way, through coaching, to live your life with wellbeing can result in a greater sense of purpose and meaning in your life, improved mental and physical health and less stress.
Wellbeing at work coaching
The average person spends 90,000 hours at work, about one third of their whole life. It's therefore important to feel fulfilled, confident, supported and resilient at work and to perform well. As well as this, achieving a work-life balance that is right for you is also crucial for your wellbeing. Wellbeing at work coaching helps you to focus on what you need to do to improve elements of your working life whether that be a complete career change; increasing your confidence; improving relationships at work or working well from home. Our work together in the coaching relationship will result in getting back more control and feeling less stressed about the areas of your working life that are impacting on your sense of wellbeing.
Expat wellbeing coaching
As an expat myself I know all about the rollercoaster ride of the various stages of this experience and the impact it can have on your wellbeing. Dreaming about living somewhere else and then planning for the move are the first two phases. Then you actually arrive in a new country, which brings with it huge excitement but you are finding your feet and trying to settle. Before you know it you're a seasoned expat and are thinking about how to feel even more fulfilled. Finally, it may be that you begin to think about repatriation or moving to another country. All of these transitions bring challenges and expat coaching can help you to sustain a sense of purpose and wellbeing as you make these life changes.
